Medical emergency
5/4: A Sobrato Hall resident was reportedly ill and required medical assistance. CSS responded and transported her to Cowell Health Center per her request.
5/4: A temporary staff member was ill and having difficulty breathing at Varsi Hall. CSS, SCFD and paramedics responded. The person was transported to El Camino Hospital by paramedics.
5/6: A Dunne Hall resident injured her hand after hitting a wall. CSS and SCU EMS responded. She was transported to O'Connor Hospital by a friend.
5/6: A Dunne Hall resident injured his foot while attempting to climb into his room through a window. CSS and SCU EMS responded.
5/6: A Swig Hall resident was ill due to excessive alcohol consumption. CSS, SCU EMS, SCFD, SCPD and paramedics responded. The resident was transported to O'Connor Hospital by paramedics.
5/9: A Graham Hall 100 resident was ill due to excessive alcohol consumption. CSS, SCU EMS, SCFD and paramedics responded. The resident was transported to O'Connor Hospital by paramedics.
Student behavior
5/6: A Walsh Hall resident was seen driving her car recklessly on Palm Drive at approximately 12:42 a.m. She was possibly intoxicated and detained by Campus Safety staff for questioning. She fled the area before SCPD's arrival by climbing out of a bathroom window.
Property
5/4: Money was reported stolen from a student's bank account. SCPD is taking over the fraud investigation.
5/5: Personal papers and blank checks were found and turned in to the CSS office.
5/5: A ring was found and turned in to the CSS office.
5/5: An eyeglasses case was found and turned in to the CSS office.
Informational report
5/4: A suspicious male was reported taking pictures up and under female students' dresses at the Benson Center. CSS responded, but was unable to locate the male suspect.
5/5: A Campisi resident reportedly scrawled a disturbing message on the mirror in his room. CSS responded to question the resident.
5/6: A non-affiliate male was seen removing a bicycle from the McLaughlin bike racks. SCPD was contacted and responded. He was taken into custody for possession of burglary tools.
5/7: A non-affiliate male was found in Orradre Library accessing pornographic material on a university computer. He was given a trespass warning and escorted off campus by CSS.
5/8: CSS staff observed a non-affiliate male who had gained entry into a resident's room at the Alameda South studio apartments through an upstairs room window. SCPD was contacted and responded. The male suspect was taken into custody for burglary by SCPD.
