Drunk in Public
Apr. 7: CSS noticed a student on surveillance video dragging a tree branch into Swig Residence Hall. The student was not cooperative and SCPD was called. SCPD arrested the resident for being drunk in public.
Informational Report
Apr. 8: A non-affiliate male was speaking to himself and stumbling along the pathway outside of Graham Residence Hall. CSS interviewed him and admonished him to stay off campus property.
Medical Emergency
Apr. 11: A male student lost consciousness during a class session. CSS escorted him to Cowell Health Center.
Apr. 11: A female student fell ill and was unresponsive in the Harrington Learning Commons. She declined SCFD’s assistance. CSS escorted her to Cowell Health Center.
Apr. 12: A male student dislocated his jaw while yawning. CSS, SCU EMS and SCFD responded. He declined transportation to a hospital by SCFD. Instead, one of his parents drove him to an unknown medical center.
Apr. 12: A female student injured her knee while playing volleyball at the Malley Fitness Center. SCU EMS evaluated her. A private vehicle transported her to O’Connor Hospital.
Student Behavior
Apr. 7: CSS responded to Guadalupe Hall for a student that refused to leave an office. The student was requesting a fine refund of $100 that he paid over a year ago. The student left once CSS was called.
Apr. 10: A male campus resident was observed accessing his room through a window in the middle of the night. He was questioned and admitted to having locked himself out of his room. CSS escorted him back to his room after questioning.
Suspicious Person
Apr. 10: A non-affiliate male reportedly refused to leave the Harrington Learning Commons after the building closed. CSS admonished him and asked him to leave the building.
Theft
Apr. 7: A student reported his unattended “Penny” brand skateboard was stolen from a table in the Bronco at Benson Memorial Center. Surveillance video shows a female rode off with the skateboard.
Apr. 7: A skateboard was reported missing after it was left unattended in Lucas Hall. A review of video cameras revealed a female had taken the skateboard. She admitted to having found the skateboard and returned it to the CSS office.
Vandalism
Apr. 10: Graffiti was found on the toilet paper cover in a men’s restroom at the Harrington Learning Commons. CSS completed a work order to clean the toilet paper cover.
