Dalai Lama visits San Jose

On Tuesday, October 12th, His Holiness, the 14th Dalai Lama of Tibet held two public events at the Event Center Arena at San Jose State University. In the morning, he addressed the Tibetan and Himalayan communities in a special audience in the San Jose Convention Center, which was adjacent to the hotel he was staying at, and in the afternoon the Dalai Lama gave a commentary on the Eight Verses for Training the Mind to a capacity crowd of 12,000 people at the Convention Center.
