Breaking it down

Students lined the walls and filled every seat at the Bronco last night for an APB and Hypnotik collaboration event as three teams battled for the title of Santa Clara's Best Dance crew, a $200 cash prize and a trophy.

Collaboration, Salsa Clara and Sculu Nation each had their time on stage and were evaluated by three judges, each playing the role of a different judge from MTV's America's Best Dance Crew.

The show kicked off with a showcase performance by Hypnotik and the competition performances were concluded with a few minutes for members from the teams to free style. Hypnotik closed the event with a second performance.

The winner, Collaboration, was determined through crowd votes.
